Visa

All foreign nationals entering India are required to possess a valid international travel document in the form of a national passport with a valid visa from an Indian Mission/Post, or an eVisa (limited categories) from the Bureau of Immigration, Ministry of Home Affairs.

We recommend that all participants requiring a visa to travel to India apply for a Conference visa. If an individual who is not attending the conference plans to accompany you, they will likely need an Indian Tourist visa.

For more details about Indian visas, please visit the Indian Visa Online portal.

Visa Application Process

If you plan to apply for a Conference Visa, you will need an approval from the Ministry of External Affairs / Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, to upload along with your visa application.

The conference organizers are required to obtain this approval on your behalf. To facilitate this process, please share your details through the Visa Information Form at the earliest, and no later than 15th October.

Fill the Visa Information Form

Once the approval is obtained, the conference organizers will email a copy of the approval document to you.

Letter of Invitation

Participants who require a Letter of Invitation for visa applications or other official purposes are requested to complete the Request for Letter of Invitation Form. A soft copy of the invitation letter will be sent to the participant via email. Please note that letters of invitation will be issued only to registered participants.
