Accommodation
The accommodation for the participants will be arranged in the campus. Students will have their accommodation in hostels and faculty/industry delegates can avail accommodation in
IITH Guest house on payment basis.
Guest House Details:
All the rooms in the Guest House are equipped with King size bed which can be occupied by two persons.
- Full day charges:
- Per day for one room occupied by one person is Rs. 1,200/-
- Per day for one room occupied by two persons(Sharing) is Rs. 1,800/-
- Charges to stay in day time only:
- One room occupied by one person is Rs.700/-
- One room occupied by two persons(Sharing) is Rs.1,000/-
Mode of Payment :
Payment can be made in Demand Draft/Cheque/Cash or through Online money transfer(Provide screen shot for online money transfer).
NO advance payment needs to be made for Guest House facility.

Rooms will be allotted after check-in process is completed at Guest House Office (Room no.15A, ST1(Staff towers 1) Building).
For Students:
Student participants can avail accommodation in IITH Kandi hostel by paying Rs. 200/- per day per person. These charges have to be paid in advance through SBI collect

receipt at Kandi hostel office to avail the accommodation. Please note that these charges are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Pay-per-meal coupons can be bought on the spot. It is particularly advisable to buy breakfast coupons in advance.
Payment for the coupons can be made via cash and other electronic modes including Paytm & credit\debit card at no additional cost.
Directions
By City Bus:
Take city bus to Patancheru from Secunderabad (Bus no. 219 or 226) or Hyderabad (Bus no. 218 or 225). The journey takes about 90 minutes.
Patancheru is about 18 km from IIT Hyderabad. You can reach IITH by sharing an auto or boarding a bus towards Kandi/Sangareddy, and request to stop in front of IITH.
IITH buses are available every 15 minutes between the main gate and Academic building.
By Train:
Take MMTS Local Train to Lingampalli station. Lingampalli is about 25 km from IITH. Take city bus from Lingampalli station (Platform 6 side) to Patancheru (Bus no. 216).
You can reach IITH by sharing an auto or boarding a bus towards Kandi/Sangareddy, and request to stop in front of IITH.
IITH buses are available every 15 minutes between the main gate and Academic building.
From Airport (Distance: ~65Km):
IIT Hyderabad can be reached by any authorized Taxi in about 1 hour.
From IIT Hyderabad to City/Airport:
