The Formal Methods Update Meeting 2014 will take place in Gargi Auditorium, IIT Kharagpur.

Accommodation

For Faculty Members:

For Students:

Accommodation for all participants is available for all those who make a request on twin sharing basis in IIT-Kgp Visveswaraya House (VGH).

Lunch will be available from 28.07.2014 to 30.07.2014 at TGH guest house. Dinner will be available from 27.07.2014 to 30.07.2014 (Excluding 29.07.2014) at VGH guest house.

A banquet dinner will be arranged on 29.07.2014.

All expenses (food and accommodation) of the students will be paid by the organizing committee.

Directions

Directions for reaching IIT Kharagpur:

• From the Airport: Take a pre-paid taxi / Meru cabs / Easy cabs to IIT Kharagpur
• From Howrah Railway Station: IIT Kharagpur, which is about 120 km west of Kolkata, can be reached in about 2 hours by any south-eastern train (Local or Express). Timing details of trains can be found in the following website: http://www.iitkgp.ac.in/trains.php
• From the Airport: Take a pre-paid taxi / private car to reach the Institute directly or take a pre-paid taxi / private car to reach Howrah railway station and follow the above mentioned direction.
• From Kharagpur Railway Station: The Institute is about 10 minutes drive (5 km) from the Kharagpur railway station. Private taxi, autorickshaw or cycle-rickshaw can be hired to reach the Institute. The private taxi, autorickshaw or cycle-rickshaw fare should not be more than Rs 150, Rs. 100 and Rs. 100 respectively.
