The Formal Methods Update Meeting 2013 will take place in Room 501, 4th Floor, Bharti Building, IIT Delhi.
Available for all participants who have requested an accommodation on twin sharing basis in IIT Delhi Faculty guest house and ISI guest house.
Accommodation charges:
IITD faculty guest house: Rs 1125 per person per night
ISI guest house: Rs 500 per person per night.
(The venue of
the update meet can be reached from ISI in around 10 minutes in an
auto rickshaw. Auto fare is Rs 30 approximately.)
The guest house charges for students and post doctoral researchers will be paid by the School of IT, IIT Delhi.
Please send a mail to shibashis AT cse DOT iitd DOT ac DOT in if you have a preference for accommodation. You may also mention the name of the participant with whom you would like to share your room. However the final allocation will be done by the organizers based on availability of rooms in the individual guest houses.
Food will be available at ISI guest house, IITD guest house and campus cafeteria at an extra cost.
For single accommodation, a participant may choose to make his or her own arrangements at ICSSR (Indian Council of Social Science Research) Chintan Guest House which is within 2 km from IIT Delhi. Contact number: (011-2671-7116/17/18). Approximate charges: Rs 1600 per person per night. If you plan to book your room there, please send a mail to shibashis AT cse DOT iitd DOT ac DOT in mentioning that you would not need an accommodation in the IIT Delhi or ISI guest house.
